Over the last 12 years, I have had the most amazing career within the fitness industry. I set up a boutique style gym and fitness studio in Dublin, Ireland, 2009 on the pursuit of collective self-improvement, not perfection. Since then, my business developed into an overall wellness hub, where we now incorporate holistic treatments, hair, beauty services all alongside fitness classes & personal training. As my experience grew, I really noticed that there is just not a lot out there for women who are in the baby zone stage of their lives. Society lacks information on safe exercise regimes for women who want to maintain and increase their fitness when either trying to conceive (TTC), pregnant or postpartum (PP). Alongside of this, I am a new mum – and even though I own a gym, I find it almost impossible to get in there to train. My days are wonderful and I wouldn’t change them for the world – but realistically, they are long days at home. By 7pm, the thoughts of leaving my house are just too overwhelming as I’m completely exhausted. I created mum-time to give mums’ a chance to have awesome workouts – at home! So you can do them quickly during nap times, first thing in the morning or evenings before bed. I wanted a safe and effective way for women to train and feel healthy and happy within their bodies

We have over 200 classes that include a massive selection including:
Yoga (i.e. Yin, Hatha, Power, Flow), Pilates, Tai Chi, Meditation, HIIT, Weights Based Classes, Dance, Signature Weekly Pregnancy and Postpartum videos, workouts for each trimester and more. 

Yes, all women without contraindication should be physically active throughout their pregnancy, Women should discuss pregnancy Physical Activity with their health care provider. Regular physical activity promotes many health benefits in all phases of life, including pregnancy and the postpartum period.

All members will get access to our Workout Safely Video from Erica which offers valuable advice and guidelines on how to workout safely while pregnant/postpartum.

Pre-pregnancy Physical Activity routines can be resumed gradually as soon as physically and medically safe, which will vary depending on mode of delivery, health status and other individual factors. Mild Physical Activity with pelvic floor exercises and stretching should be able to be resumed immediately. Consult with a health care provider if there are any questions.

Our workouts are designed for every woman, every mood at every level! Overall our workouts are designed for women, whatever stage of life you may be at.

No it’s not necessary. We do have a number of workouts that require a small selection of home based weights/bands (which can be purchased here). However we’ve a lot of body weight and mat based classes that require no equipment too.

All Mum-Time Instructors are fully qualified and have a broad range of experience in both gym/studio and commercial settings. 

Our qualifications range from; Level 8  (NFQ). Level 6  (EQF), PFSA Post Natal Fitness Specialist, PPI Pre-Post Natal, NCEF Personal Training, Fitness Instructor, ITEC, STOTT Pilates Teacher, IINH Nutritional Consultant, Wushu: Martial Arts | Kickboxing | Tai Chi | Jiu-Jitsu and 200+ hour Specialised Yoga Training.
