Here is my healthy option treat for the party season, it’s perfect for energy on the go , to stop you being tempted by all those Christmas treats , it’s full of healthy fats and protein great after workouts 💪
Ingredients
300g peacan nuts
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
4 free rang eggs
1 large ripe banana
2 tbsp light olive oil
1 tbsp agave syrup
Handful of dried cranberries
Method
- Place peacan nuts in a blender and process to a fine meal
- Place in a bowl with all other dry ingredients
- Place eggs , banana, oil and agave in a bowl and mix well
- Pour into dry ingredients and mix thoroughly
- Spoon into a lined loaf tin
- Bake at 180C for 40-45 mins
- Allow to cool for 5 mins
